just had a shower screen from hell.
as it was being put together (900 Quadrant) one of the side screens shattered into 1000+ pieces!!
any way the ensuing follow up is the reason for praising this company.
on saturday the screen shattered.
on monday we contacted the company, no problem they replied we will send you a replacement as we are aware of this happening sometimes.
on wednesday as promised new screen pack arrives (not just the damaged bit but all the frame pack.)
on Saturday go to install it - discover they have sent us the clear glass version not the obscure glass
monday send email and also leave a message
wednesday follow up as not heard from them, sorry replies the lady i am snowed under as my colleague has left, she sorts out the replacement
friday the new replacement arrives and a collection note is also ready for the wrong screen pack.
So thank you very much Anita in customer service and all at Coram showers in Bridgenorth for such excellent service.
Although not the easiest of screens to assemble we would have no difficulty in recommending this company.
as we all should understand things go wrong occassionally, its how it is dealt with that counts.
a certain company in Hull should take note of how to treat it's customers!
