suprima 50 in Air proving & ignition state

hello,

my boiler's light (new version of PCB 511603) is having "Air proving and ignition" state, but it can not ignite immediately when called for HW or CH. from my observation that boiler does fire when it is completely cold. not sure what has cause the problem. please help and thank you.
