Can someone explain to me in no more than 100 words what the hell this thread is all about?
Auction seemingly has a poor relationship with one of his neighbours and is looking for a way to screw said neighbour over legally, expending minimal effort on his own part, by getting us here to a) delve into the minutiae of planning issues and b) provide references to all the necessary legislation. As he only ever takes from this community (and possibly by extension, from everyone he comes into contact with) we aren't too interested in helping his crusade, but he keeps throwing fuel into the bonfire of amusement rather well stoked by "destroy-some-greenhouses"*
* as my partner calls him (she finds BAS threads very amusing but can never quite remember his name. "burn-the-wendyhouses" and "build-more-kennels" are the latest variants but it's different every time)
