Wiring a light from a Junction Box.

As already asked ,what feeds the grey twin and earth? Is it from an existing circuit,or a radial from consumer unit ??? The flexes joined to it are rough to say the least and as they have been proven to be feeding both lighting and power from the same point with no local fusing it needs further information before we can advise further.

Rather than arguing over the correct use of english can we get back to the original question and try to help someone, rather than making them run a mile and bodge it up anyway.

(Which they probably already have done)
