Please help!

I have just moved in to a new house and never used gas before.

The HW and CH were working fine - but yesterday the CH stopped heating - the HW seems to be very hot (hotter than normal), and the boiler seems to fire up for the CH, but the pipes don't get hot!

Any suggestions?

Possibly a slowing pump, though would expect the boiler would not operate, or overheat. Or a blockage - sludge!
