Hello, I've got a Zip Hydroboil water heater whose output has slowed down to a trickle.
Nothing that I know of has changed; the water supply is connected, turned on and with adequate pressure. The water coming out, albeit slowly, is still boiling, and the unit can be heard to be refilling when water is drawn off.
There is a white plastic cigar-shaped item plumbed in line with the cold water feed to the boiler; this I presume is some sort of filter.
The instruction manual's troubleshooting guide states for this problem: "return to authorised agent". I'd rather not, so any advice on a fix for this would be much appreciated.
(Note this is not the Zip Hydroboil from my last thread, that one is fixed)
