ch wont turn off

i changed a ch pump yesterday, and got recalled to job today because now there heating wont turn off. The only time it will is when the wall stat is turned down. checked 3 port valve all works ok. Has anyone come across a program timer when you select off there is still power to stats ect.

i think maybe me switching power of to change pump has upset it.

pprogram timer was was newlec i think. yes they are moaning abit, Think i will just order them a new timer.
