I hope someone can help me, my tomtom touch screen has stopped working, I have tried resetting and all the other things that the tomtom website says to try, but it is still not working. any ideas please, I can't phone the helpline because i am working in france until October.

Go on line to TomTom website and email they're support line
I had the same problem. Sent mine back for repair and received a new one. (Still under warranty)
