duplicate number programme spotter.

I AM LOOKING for a simple programme not excel don't have a life time to learn it.
What i need is a programme that spots repeated telephone numbers from a long list of numbers i have on my databank which are my customers mobile numbers, something i can copy then paste into it then hopefully it
picks out any duplicate numbers.
Anyone know of any.

I dont know about that but if you copy and paste them into word the go to Edit>Find you can then paste a number in and find how many times its in the file by pressing Find Next. If it doesn't find another one you know its the only one.

IVE been using this and its great where can i download for free tried pirate bat but no luck. i dont wanna pay 29 dollers for it i cant afford it,
