DIY Damp Proof Course ? any good ?

I'll soon be moving into a property that requires a DPC as damp has been found in some walls. I'm replastering inside anyway so this is a belt and braces approach.

I'm thinking of doing a DIY DPC, see here for details of a couple that I might go for :-
