HI, MY WICKES 100 BAR POWER WASHER STOPPED WORKING ,COULD IT BE THE CAPACITOR-(25MF).IF I SPIN IT BY HAND IT WILL RUN OK ,BUT WILL NOT START ON ITS OWN.ELLSIE

Most probably is the capacitor, I don't think the motor is fitted with centrifugal switch.
