Yep and the IRA never ever planted bombs in NI or on the British mainland either.

Gerry Adams and Martin McGuinness don't get paid for being MP's (although they never sit in the house). You'll no doubt be telling us all that these two have apologised profusely for the loss of life over the years that they have been personally involved with.

The area campign want a 'revenge attack' , it was on a list of targets drawn up in 1942 by the then CinC of Bomber Command, Sir Richard Pierce.

Dreseden was bombed because we got down to that part of the list, because there was nothing worth bombing further up the list.

and i repeat, which you ignored, it didnt stop the germans bombing Coventry, London, Birmingham, York (minster burnt out), Lincoln, Canterbury, Stratford, Southampton, Hastingscand a hundred other old towns. The germans invented area bombing and total war, we were just better at it than them, thats why we won.

i played in bombed out buildings when i was a lad, i bet youve never even seen one............

Read your history then Joe... Dresden was bombed on Feb 13th 1945, almost 3 months before Victory in Europe was declared on May 8th 1945.

I suppose you'd like the USA to now apologise for Nagasaki as that was bombed 3 days after Hiroshima????

Hiroshima saved my Fathers life but was very against nuclear weapons all his life.
There is no sense in war, do it to them before they do it to you, it's called being Human.

An awful lot of people on both sides suffered my wife is Irish and just wants it back to what it used to be she's from the North mum and dad from the South.

We took the kids over when younger and went to visit her dads grave (he died of cancer) as we where walking out she was stopping at so many graves I asked why, she knew them all, and one she kissed and said he was the first boy that had ever kissed her.
He was 19 when he was killed.

I repeat, this report is about 'bloody sunday', not subsequent IRA actions...

You suggested that the people murdered ON BLOODY SUNDAY might not have been innocent despite today's findings...

ellal , have a read sometime at the Lord Widgery report into the shootings.
Completely contradictory to Lord Saville's findings.
Now had Lord Saville found exactly the same as his predecessor, he too would have been castigated and the whole inquiry would now be called a whitewash. Don't tell me I'm wrong either.
All this inquiry has done is to line the pockets of some vastly overpriced lawyers. Do you really believe the findings this time around?
Do you believe the whole truth has finally emerged?

IMHO the whole process has been a vast waste of public money.
