My Mother and Father recently past away ..and there house is empty..I had turned the gas and electric and stopped the water and opened all the taps to drain not long after thy died.. However i forgot about the heating system until today .. went there to drain system but nothing comes out of drain plug/tap on rad not a drip so must be to late and system frozen ...whats the best to do now ..any help please thanks ....

More likely drain valve knackered.
is there another drain valve on pipework you could use.If not turn off valves on radiator,drain radiator by cracking open a valve.
Remove radiator then slowly open locksheild valve and drain into bucket,do both sides.
