Hi there just wondering if any 1 could help my boiler has just gone off earlier tonight I seem a red light flashing but didn't think anything of it til my partner asked me to put CH on then I realised there was no lights on boiler gas and electric are both getin to boiler any ideas? Many thanks in advance

Probbibly. Fuse in terminal strip of boiler blown , usually pump gone. But needs someone in front of it to diagnose properly

How did you confirm that power was getting to the boiler?

How did you confirm that gas was getting to the boiler?

The spur on the wall which is for the boiler is working properly and the pressure on boiler goes up wem u open valves there is no lights on boiler at all so I'm thinking cud possibly be an internal fault on boiler

What valves and what pressure. Certainly NOTHING to do with the gas, and most likely water. So you have established that the fuse spur has power gping to it, and the boiler has water.

So it could be.

No power at the boiler
No Gas at the boiler
1000 other different things

What we do know,

The filling loop works
The fused spur works
