cuts gone mad.... i mean, look at the taser the copper is pointing at the driver !!!!
 
I know that's a bit of fun, but if you break it down, they are using blue flashing lights, that can only be used on an official police vehicle, so if that is, then breaks many other laws.

However, nothing new about the police breaking the law. They are the law, so above abiding by the law.

Wrong. Blue lights are on more than just Police modes of transport.
However it is against the law to use the word Police on any other vehicle not belonging to them,

I recognise that sign hes throwin up, called "the shocker" a school in the US had to retake a lot of its end of your photos when they found out what it meant
