A bloke crafted by a producer to sell his wares to barren but dying to be wet again menopause victims, whose only real fun is sitting down to Loose Women with a cuppa and a fancy biscuit.

Wonderful summation   Best of the week easy.

Another money making exercise then? A bloke crafted by a producer to sell his wares to barren but dying to be wet again menopause victims, whose only real fun is sitting down to Loose Women with a cuppa and a fancy biscuit.
Yep. So what's the problem, other than your own failings to do the same, obviously

Well not having the chance to showcase my non-existent musical talents on Loser Women I can't say I'm hurt by this jibe.

My point was, for the less clever in the virtual room, it's a crock of ****, much like his last CD....I imagine.

I'm basing my post on the TV show of him this week in which he sang rather well, and a couple of tracks overheard in HMV today. Beyond that I can't comment.

Fair enough, you like his voice, I like my friends voice, does that make him comparable to Martin, Sinatra or Bennett?

Music/singing preference is of course personal. I enjoy listening to a range of music styles/genres but I can't stand heavy metal. I'm sure there'll be those that love Heavy Metal will say the same about some/most of the stuff I like. Even Simon Cowell's cash cow 'X-Factor' has discovered a couple of great singers (my opinion again), such as Leona Lewis.

As for the 'crooners', love Tony Bennett, like a bit of Deano and a couple of Sinatra tracks. And for no particular reason, here's another one I love...

And because it's Christmas...

Hard to say without hearing your friend's voice :)

I'll send you a free copy of his CD when he wins X-craptor and outsells Buble for a week in January.

That Gene Kelly routine - every single step, every single move will have been thought out and endlessly rehearsed. The payoff is magnificent and that's why it stands the test of time.
