Used it for a while now, works well.
i came across a bloke demonstrating it in b&q and i told him to show me his fastest cutting time on a peice of board and when he tried to do it fast it went all over the place, then i told him about one of the boarders i see out onsite who must cut hundreds of boards a day and i told him how fast he was, i watched from a distance as he used a tape measure and stanley blade to cut down one sheet of plasterboard into strips of around 5 cm a strip (holding the blade against the edge of the tape) , its the fastest ide ever seen anyone cut board he was like a machine, all the borders and tapers i know cut board this way, "BUT" where the blade runner comes into its own i think is where you can do curves with it

I would like to see anyone cut and break a board as quick and clean. Not been around much if you haven't seen a bloke cut a board with a blade running it through with a tape, common practise.

the more money you make

Like I have said, I would love to see anyone cut and break and board as clean or as quick.

You seem not to understand the concept of having to use your blade twice  I use both methods by the way.

Update your site, looks like you haven't had work in a long time

One post you meet boarder and ask them if you can go see how it's done ( remembering you tell of having many qualifications collected over the year) then you go on to say ALL the boarders and tapers you know!!

Why would you need to see how it's done if you are trained so highly I ask myself

Thought the listed pub you worked on wasn't fire damaged? 75% down 35% up, and wait for it, didn't you say EH were involved..? I can bet you a small fortune they wasn't

You should remember what you posted a few months ago all about your "training" and how you came about it, you make me laugh

But back on subject.

Blade and tape, cut down one side, crak seem, spin to cut paper other side.

Blade runner, both sides are cut at same time depending how it set up.............

Will be renovating a 3 story listed farm house soon, want to have a bash..? Didn't think so.

If you had done much boarding you would know why it's not used much on sites. You need a table for a start and not all use them to cut PB. It's not flexable enough to use for just cutting all day.

What it is good for is cutting when you have scribed your board, I do alot of it because contry to what you may think not all listed building work is lime render, many are getting planning to extend these days.....

Just something for you to think about.
