Plaster Coving

Hi I had some real plaster coving(not the paper covered stuff) fitted, but on one length of it there is a crack appeared between the wall and the coving, what would be the best thing to fill this with, they used a very smooth plaster/adhesive to mould the corners and stick it on. Thanks for any help.
 
Plaster of paris is generally the most popular product for repairs to traditional plaster coving but you can get a nice finish with some of the modern lightweight fillers available.
If you go with the plaster of paris it would be worth widening a hairline crack (you don't say how wide yours is) a little more as it will help bond everything together better.
