Hi I need advice for additional consumer unit instalation in outbuilding in back off a garden to accomodate sauna heather 8kw underfloor heating and 3 main sockets . Distance from homes CU is 15 meters ? Does the cable needs to be hiden undergraund ? How much electricians charge for this kind of work? I'm in Hersham Surrey maybe some one from her lives close?

Best advice is to call some local electricians, ideally some that have be recommended by family/friends. The work will require notification, so building control application of self cert electrician will be needed.
You are going to end up with something nearing 90A on full load, so a tasty sized cable will be required and a unit with a 100A isolator.
It is more than likely the cable will need to be buried about 2 foot underground, unless the cable can be fixed to a secure structure along its route, this would normally be a wall rather than fencing, also could be put on a catenary overhead cable, this would require a height of around 3.5m.
Prices of installation vary region to region, as do notification fees. So to put a price on it, bearing in mind I don't live in your location and have not seen the work required first hand would be impossible, as lots of variation are to be considered depending on the existing set up you have.

I assume the sauna is 8KW?

Please don't expect to heat your space with underfloor heating.

It will warm your bare tootsie, a little bit, but it isn't going to heat up the air very much.

At least you won't need an ice plunge pool after the sauna session!

I agree with the above comments - You are going to need a big cable!
Not a DIY project, or one that can sensibly be advised on an Internet forum.

Get a well qualified electrician.

indeed "catenary" I will amend post accordingly, don't know where centenary came from Must have been having a moment
But I suppose if the 100 year old cable, is in free air that the IR test would not be so bad!
