Drywall/studwork construction?

Hi,

Ive just removed a stud wall in my house and found that instead of the timber battens I expected its constructed from steel section.

I need to contruct a similar wall in its place.

Where can a Diy'er like me get the steel section and find instructions/regs on how to install it?
