If you consider that a colour inkjet printer can be bought for under £40 which with the supplied inks should do 200+ pages, and the cheapest colour lasers doing 1000+ pages at under £150 it makes Staples (and others) look expensive!

I agree, though, that buying your own printer and doing it yourself is likely to work out cheaper. And, of course, you still have a printer for future use.

Though my local council buy the foster kids laptops from PC world and pay 19.99 for a ream of ordinary paper as part of the purchase and a £30 printer for £80. Must be where they waste our money.
