Underfloor heating - Single Core Heating Cable

Can somebody please help...
I removed the underfloor cables from my thermostat a while back and I can't remember how they were originally.
Obviously, the fused live and neutral go into port 1 and 5 (** see diagram)
The sensor cables go in port 6 and 7.
Where do i put the single core heating cable. (if it were a double, it would normally go in 2 and 4.
Need help urgently.
 
Ok, so I have a wire missing as there only appears to be one one wire coming from the underfloor heating. Maybe it has fallen down in the cavity wall.
