Ok so I have a problem with my toilet and water coming back up the 4" pipe onto my bathroom floor, I have used rods a snake and even had it jetted also
Not forgetting a camera to check and all seems fine ...
The bathroom is fairly new, the 4" pipe runs diagonally across the room under a cement floor the shower and sink are branched to that 4" pipe to the drain
Everytime I flush well maybe 8 out of 10 times the water seems to comes back up the 4" pipe and out onto the floor ... I just don't know what to do? The plumber who fitted it seems to think there is a blockage but it's been checked and I still have the problem and in all honesty he couldn't care less he questioned me about it and came out with the words " how long do you expect me to guarantee a job for " well more than 4 months I replied,so you can imagine what sort of man I'm dealing with. Thanks in advance and here is a pick of the offending article water flows over the grey pipe, enough for a little foot spa!
