back boiler pilot light is not on..

Hi There,

could somebody please help. I have recently moved and already have a back boiler fitted in my house. it was working fine until last week for central heating. this morning i have found out that it didn't on because pilot light is not lit anymore! i have tried hard to find which boiler it is but there is no name or instructions written anywhere on it! i am posting a pic, somebody please help telling me which boiler it is?

I don't know these boiler, it should have a fire front fitted.

Can you take a picture of what above? Wall? Access?

Please call a gas engineer, it does not look safe.

It does have a fire attached to it people , its been painted white if you look at the right hand side the black bracket is attached to fire and the bottom tray clips into this.

Its an early 70`s boiler prob an old housewarmer or radiation.

Ignition prob doesnt work so its press white button in and use a taper to relight pilot.

But at that age you should be changing it as will cost a fortune to run
 
What is illegal about it?
It might be a death trap but so was the vauxhall viva
Not enough info from that pic to pick fault.

Still looks like its been covered over and painted with no fire to me. I need a full size photo to see properly

Was the boiler not a radiation with a Debonair or a G Plan (wood veneer)fire?
