Is the span of these joist from end to end or does the wall in the middle effect it?

If it is a load-bearing wall, it will serve to reduce the span of the joists to the distances between the walls (even though the joists are continuous).
 
So you think it will be load supporting?

I think it looks like it has been designed to be a structural wall, but whether it is or not will depend on whether it has suitable foundations.

As a bonus, I also think the noggins are crap, and that speedy hanger is not heavy duty.
