Loft eave storage ventilation

Not very helpful, my loft has been converted to a dormer, above is regarding open loft space (no conversion).

It needs to be either incorporated into the insulated, warm inhabited space (ie insulated from the outside), or it needs to be ventilated. Otherwise you run the risk of condensation forming.
