Eaves Storage for Loft Conversion

Need to bounce this off many people.

Had loff conversion done with eaves storage with 2 small cupboard doors, does this need to be ventilated as worried that during winter it will be full of condensation if i pack in more insulation to seal any draughts.

The sloping roof over storage has a breatheble membrane below tiles with 100mm of rockwall insulation.

I would say leave it ventilated as long as the main room is sealed
