Loft eave storage ventilation

Need some advice on loft eaves storage, does it need to be ventilated, if not will i get mold??

Not very helpful, my loft has been converted to a dormer, above is regarding open loft space (no conversion).

My apologies. I suppose I read the question you asked, rather than the one you meant.

It needs to be either incorporated into the insulated, warm inhabited space (ie insulated from the outside), or it needs to be ventilated. Otherwise you run the risk of condensation forming.
