Hi group, my son’s Baxi Neta Tec Combi 28 GA has developed a leak, I believe it is coming from the pressure sensor valve but I stand to be corrected, can anyone advise on a fix for this. Pictures supplied.

I've removed the actuator/motor, I thought there would have been an O-ring seal but theres nothing.
Do I need to order a replacement motor as shown in the picture, or is it the valve that I need.
TIA Dennis

youre right Agas, thats the beauty of having three kids with houses and another three rented. Can anyone supply me with a picture or a part number for the item I need to replace.
Thanks again group, your knowledge is invaluable.

This is the part you need.. remove the motor and then remove the silver clip behind the motor and pull the diverter valve out and replace.. you might need to remove the pressure sensor to get the silver diverter valve clip off

That's great thanks for that, will I need to isolate the water, if I do can someone point me in the right direction.

You shouldn't be messing with HE boilers OTTO especially where your tenants are living as you know it could cause a lot more hassle than no hw or ch ;)(y)

Thanks for the advice AGAS, was under the impression that I could work on the domestic water side of things, but I will heed your warning. Much appreciate all the help offered by all.
