I have a 325 HE4 X-Series 2007 pole trimmer. It has a clutch problem but I cant find a service manual which tells me how to get into the clutch. I have a workshop manual from mymowerparts.com but it is useless for my strimmer. Any help much appreciated.

Scratching my bounce but I'm thinking the first thing to do with this one is to split the handle with the switch and throttle on. This allows you to access the clamp that holds the pole onto the motor, which can be withdrawn. The clutch is behind the plastic cover, next in line.
Sorry I can't be more specific - what problems do you have?
John :)

Thanks for the info. I have got as far as the clamp but got nervous about removing it not knowing if it was all that was needed. I know the driven rod has a square section end which looks like it would fit into the clutch, but I feared there might be more to do before separating it. I will have a go and let youknow how I get on.
