Yup because dry paper leaves shi t behind. That's why I use moist wipes and always will do until they are banned then I will find a different moist product. Dry paper also is no good for my piles. They were exaserpated from 12 years in the army using Izal sandpaper in barracks and those tiny patches of sandpaper, that came in the compo rations boxes, when in the field interspersed, occasionally, with grass.

That's just an 1 1/2" passing the soil pipe. The wipes were caught on a fracture and had fully blocked a 9" pipe!!
