Have a look at your previous still live thread and dont worry about dust
if you clean or have your property cleaned,dust will not be a problem.
Fins make the radiator more effective. Very few radiators are available without fins now, and they're usually special order at enormous cost. You need much much larger radiators if you don't have fins than if you do
