4 gang two way

My brother in law disconnected this
4 gang 2 way
But I have a problem with two way not working correctly all others work perfect
You can only switch it on at one point either kitchen on off or living room on off but if you switch it on in kitchen it won't switch off in living room
I've got a spare live which was not spare before
Help please

I don’t suppose that anybody had the forethought to photograph the switch before you disconnected it?

4 gang 2 way now that's a challenge! I think you're going to need to do a fair bit of testing to work out which is which. Do you know the basic principle of 2 way switching? (one switch swaps the live between the two strappers and the other swaps the switched live between them)
