Quite a few cars come from China, quite a bit of food comes from China, a lot of electrical goods come from China & they could all go to any number of different ports in the UK, were an island.

That is your considered reply? Do they not already?

I understand why you see no issues.

So how do we cope now if we are using different software?

What you on about be specific. You talking about APIs? Middleware , coms protocols?

Better Google that laddy as different software can communicate you obviously know nothing about IT.

Come on. Tell me.

“Why would they invest in developing new IT systems to match ours when it was the UK that voted for Brexit, not them?” he said.

So what the f uck are you on about in the first post I quoted of yours? You quote someone saying why should the europeans invest in IT to match our systems ? All I'm doing is quoting what you have already said.As for Darwin, well he would have a tough time studying me as he died 130 odd years ago.Duh! stupid stupid stuuuuupid lwr.
PS, I don't know much about IT, if I have problems with it, I pay an IT expert.

My god how thick are you. Our solution to trade is a new FCA system which the EU would need to develop systems on their end to work with it. Who is going to pay for that?

So it took you an hour to google all that, just glad I'm not that sad. You may think all you like about my intelligence, but I'm just oh so glad I'm nothing like you.

Others are equally 'glad' reciprocally (y)

But hey I'm simply looking forward to going back to the 'golden days'.

Bring back rationing and hanging of hoarders in the national interest I say...

Rickets, TB and Scurvy are a 'brexit bonus' apparently.

But at least our private health service will be more costly at the point of use ;)

And given that the US and the EU have apparently sorted out their differences, a 'No Deal' looks an even better option :ROFLMAO:

Then stop being so repetitive

You havent even thought it through, let alone consider it as a viable option.

Simply, if every vehicle has to be checked for paperwork, how much extra time and people will that take? Let alone the fact it will have to happen at every port, not just Dover.

It does amuse me though, the thought of all the dairy product that you say will arrive from China.

Why you people even respond to the scaremongering that these idiots post is completely beyond me.
The difference is: when Remainers tell it like it is, you categorise it as scaremongering.
When the government tell it like it is....... they do not actually, they deny it exists, they pretend they have not read it, they claim it does not say anything about it, and eventually, they only allow it to be read in secret.

Leaked government analysis reportedly predicts Brexit will make Britain worse off economically
In all three scenarios, Britain's economic growth is predicted to be lower over the next 15 years than current expectations. With no deal, growth would be reduced by 8%; with a free trade agreement, it would be 5%; and 2% if the UK remained a member of the European Economic Area.

So has Ireland. France and other EU ports set up their infrastructure so that every thing goes direct to the Irish coast ?
They are working on it. Some already exist.
