Boilermate II gledhill. Hot water lasts 20-30seconds only.

Hi,

Struggling with this one, our residence has this system, suddenly has started to only give out limited hot water for about 30 secs. I have just changed the storage thermostat but very little difference, both pumps are working fine, the temperature mixer valve is fully open and is working, any ideas , I can only think an issue with a PCB?

Nightmare, appreciate any advice or experience in dealing with this.

Is the header tank topped up.? Boiler turned right up?

if the store is fully up to temp and your heating is working, then can only be your blending valve
