bathroom boarding

I have gutted my bathroom and installing a shower tray, no bath.

Please can someone confirm material choice for the folllowing:

1. overboard artex ceiling right to wall edges. 9mm or 12mm standard plasterboard?

2. aquapanel to cover shower tray dimensions, up to ceiling height, with tile on top. Does aquapanel have another name?

3. Is standard plasterboard okay for the rest of the stud wall? 9mm or 12mm?
