Rain water getting into/behind the render.

Im having it dashed over next week would that stop it or should I take the existing dash off

Hopefully whoever’s doing it will remove any loose bits first, so that should do it.

My assumption is that rainwater is penetrating through cracks, etc. Worth getting all the rainwater gutters/pipes replaced if you’ve got scaffold up anyway, to remove another potential source.
