Will Smith. Right or wrong?

Lol. What a joke, must of been so traumatic for poor Will. He just recently had to have his tennis court rebuilt because of a fire. Tragic.
What has that got to do with someone taking the **** out of his wife's medical condition ? If someone took the **** out of your partners medical condition in public, would you let it go because you'd just had a tennis court rebuilt?

BTW: Another fact, it was a cowardly act, a very cowardly act and the little guy nor anyone else was prepared for this sly punch.

Its like some coward in a pub standing next to you and then suddenly punches you in the face Anyone that does not see that is an internet warrior,!!

Yes it was a SLY punch aka a cowardly punch and anyone bigging this smith is an internet warrior and I bet you they'd never hit anyone at a party if anyone joked re their OH and they were friend especially when the person making the joke could wipe the floor with you

Anyone that really believes Smith would have hit the guy on stage with a sly punch if it had been Mike Tyson standing is delusional

They're all actors, I wouldn't give the story air time.

least they're not screaming racism and the need to be compensated for the slave trade.

Interesting that he slapped Chris Rock, not a full on punch.

60:40 as to whether it was staged or real in my opinion in favour of real. Will Smith looked really angry at the end when he was telling Chris Rock not to use his wife's name.

I sympathise with his anger at Chris Rock for what is a pretty nasty joke, but he shouldn't have resorted to violence in public.

Re my post 17, just wanted to add:

Those that turn to violence in situation like this are weak, very weak. It was a sucker punch I think they call it aka sly punch. The two were friends before this.

A strong, well-educated person like me never advocates violence and only as a very last resort as self-defence. It is weak to talk with your fists and like I said and people are saying this in the media now, Smith would not have hit Rock if he'd been built like Mike Tyson.

Ideally, Smith should have had a quiet word with Rock during an intermission etc and I'm sure Rock would have apologised as it was a joke

Resorting to and advocating violence just shows weakness and that is a fact.
IRL, people only usually attack the other if they are sure the other guy is smaller/weaker/vulenrable(y)(y)

.

Jokes have been made about all sorts of things, war, certainly medical conditions. Comedy is one way of dealing with tragedy. I would just let go if I had a partner. Got much bigger issues to worry about, which I'd guess most celebs are immune from. Words are not violence.

the same joke was apparently said in the rehearsals - look at the publicity they have got themselves

Cowardly to stand up to people in public?
Chris Rock is not a little guy. And he took it like a man, hardly flinched, and carried on joking.

And nothing at all like a person standing next to you suddenly throwing a punch - he had eye contact with Will, was winding him up, and watched as Will marched towards him. He had plenty of time to get his guard up - and I've seen him in those Jackie Chan films, he can fight. OK, probably only if somebody tells him when to dodge and when to strike.

Anyway, a little tip. If somebody makes fun of your wife, and she responds with a face like this, you had better get up and do something, otherwise you will be the one paying for it later!

What was she going to threaten him with later ? going home to pump someone else as per usual

They aslo said that this Smith guy walking on to the stage and slapping the little guy was not in the rehearsals. Intillay I tought, set up!!

But seeing the Smith face when he sat down and what he spouted, IMJ its for real.

As I said, only cowards resort to hitting people and I'm sure Smith would not have hit the little guy if he was bigger.

They were friends and like you said this was said in rehersals. The unexpected slap is a cowardly move and those that spout this kind of stuff
are internet warriors as I seen people spout that they'd do this and the other in similar circumstances, but it all depends on the size of the guy you are going to hit and often if the are stronger than you, or bigger, most will say "oh leave it he/she is mad"

Violence is never the answer and definitely not in this case.

It is incredible how people are now trying to move away from their initial comments here and try to distract by moving on to the war in the Ukraine, could it be due to the fact they are now embarrassed now !!!:rolleyes:

Fact, violence is never the answer and what Smith did was blatantly cowardly. A cowardly attack that the victim never expected as Smith was initially laughing at the little guy's comments and many in the press etc agree with me and on here have a similar view.
Stop changing the subject as their are several threads on the other subject, ok""(y)(y)

Only cowards attack other people and that is a fact.

Fact. You found violence pretty funny here:
and the car driver smacked I guess the tin thrower racist excrement and knocked him to the pavement and the guy was saying "sorry mate it was an accident"... We just lol on the top of our voices

and you've positively got a hard on for a bit of violence here:

They should get into a bitch fight in a ring and all procceds go to a charity and I'd pay to watch, lol
