Draining a central heating system of 10 radiators, and two radiators in the middle of the house are refusing to drain even though the others have all drained happily ... any thoughts?

Maybe opening the bleed valves will allow air in to break the vacuum that is preventing the water from draining out.

Are you draining them via a drain point at the radiator or via another drain point?
you need to open the air vents

Are they on the ground floor with pipes to them dropped down from above by any chance ?
No they are designer rads they dont have pipes
