
I wouldn't think the job is particularly demanding, it seems to take them all day to change a pair of taps in my village, anything massive, like changing a rad seems to need 2 of them![]()

Is your place still unionised?You won’t know unless you try. @tomsim i believe has recently started with one, mine used to be one, but they became a housing trust (social housing) and I’ve had some bullying managers and we now have some lackadaisical managers. My manager is ok as he was on the tools when I started.
