Got the opportunity to tender for some work renewing bathrooms,soil stacks,wash basins, wc, traps, taps, shower trays ,cylinders etc etc all on council properties. Only done domestic work was wondering if anyone has any information re this work and whether its worth quoting. Are prices similar to domestic work or are things done cheaper as theres more jobs to go at in one area. Might not even bother quoting but would be interesting to know the ins and outs for future reference any help appreciated.
