Who would want to be their manager now? It would be like walking on eggshells with the fear of saying the wrong thing or looking at them the wrong way etc.

so when she scores and her team mates kiss her have they all asked her permission or have they all been caught up in the moment

Can we assume you've never managed female colleagues?

I can think of multiple occasions when they've proved to be more reliable, more succesful and better team players than their male counterparts.

I never seen a female footballer forcibly kiss another on the mouth to celebrate a goal. Or a bloke for that matter.

Blup

Please bear with me, and allow me to see if I understand you correctly.
I join a group, an organisation, a gang, in which there is a type of behaviour which I dislke or disagre with.
Must I accept it because I want to continue my participation of the group, organisation, gang, etc.
Or do I have a right to object to it, when it's forced on me?

Say there's an initiation ceremony that's gone on for decades. It scares me, offends me, disgusts me. Do I have a right to complain about it?

When in Rome,........ or Madrid.

I don't think it was a 'sexual assault'. do you?
Jennifer does. She's the victim not me.
If a foorball president, my boss, kissed me on the lips, I'd consider it assault.

What would you do if a football president, your boss kissed you on the lips?

I would never think it's OK to kiss a junior female colleague without her assent.

We now your moral compass is influenced by the crowd, so you may consult the crowd, if it's necessary.

I've no idea how many women I've kissed in my life, it must run into the hundreds, possibly thousands,

I don't recall ever asking permission, I don't ever recall any negative feedback or threats of legal action.

Is it possible the press are over egging things?
