Adapt washing machine drain pipe to under sink

Hello,
I just got a new used washing machine, and am having some trouble connecting the drain pipe.
I think there are various adaptors available online, but I've never seen a drain pipe with an end quite like this one. The tip is rubber, but not very stretchy at all.
Is there a straightforward way to make the adaptation? Will I need to alter the drain hose in any way?

Just barely, but it doesn't feel like a snug fit and will fall out once I let go

Fit a hose connector from screwfix part no 48625, cut the end of the wm hose to fit over it and secure with jubilee clip. The connector needs the end cutting off as well
