Weather bar strip for under door.

Weather strip on my door.

Here i go again having to finish the job, i had this door fitted by carpenters the other week but when it rains water is blowing in underneath. What do i fit to seal and prevent this?
Pic of door sill below, there is nothing under the door at the moment.

I was looking at something like this, looks as bit technical but catch my drift i want it ti stop the rain, draft and insects crawling in.

That would help, as would fitting a weather bar to stop the rain getting underneath.

How big is the gap between the bottom of the door and the sill?
 
There are some more thresholds here:

They all need at least 13mm below the door, so the door would need taking off, planeing to size and re-painting.

A weather bar/rain deflector would direct and water running down the door onto the sloping part of the wooden sill, but not stop draughts.
