On a serious note: it's a fairly safe bet. Scientists who believe in natural variation are incredibly rare. The often quoted and tested stat is 97% agree it's mostly caused by humans.

Finding 3% of doctors who are very religious and/or include the placebo effect wouldn't be a stretch.

Amongst scientists the natural variation theory is up there with the miasma theory of infection or flat earthism.
 
Sea levels rise, which affects the climate further, and so on.
