Probably best with make and model. Looks like Armitage shanks, but not 100%.
Shows no brand anywhere. Just says 309 Series Anti-Siphon Silent Flush on it.

Never heard of it, could try here: https://www.toiletspares.co.uk/12-bottom-entry.html, failing that, just renew whole valve, branded, then shouldn’t be an issue in the future.
Yes, that was the next resort to just change it.
