Hi,

When we turn on the hot water the heating pressure pin from the diverter valve rises at the same time as the DHW pressure pin.

Sometimes the 60° triangle error led flashes. There is also a slight leak from the heating pressure pin.

Do I need to just replace the heating diaphragm or do you think this needs a complete diaphragm kit as there is something wrong in the diverter valve?

Thanks
Adam

both pins are meant to move at same time front one bring pump on top one proves the pump has come on .
under the heating diaphragm there is a small hole make sure this is clear , change the glad nut that is weeping and clean and grease the pin that passes through it
this kit has everything you need .

So I changed the diaphragm, changed the gland nut and greased the pin with silicone grease. Forgot to check the small hole in the diverter valve. The pin rises perfectly but sometimes does not go back down fully causing the 59 degree light to flash. Pushing it down and resetting the boiler sorts this temporarily.

Do you think the issue could be a debris in the diverter valve hole?
Thanks.
