A court is the best place for any legal offence to be decided. The fact that mistakes happen is a good reason not to have the death penalty, but it's probably the best we've got for most occasions, unless you know different.

There are rights to appeal, and I hope they are used when appropriate.

I never said anything about a better system just showing you that sometimes it can be wrong, maybe not in this case but maybe we wasn't in the court room.
