No brake lights visible in the video and the cars telemetry says brakes were not used.

Data taken from the car showed no proof the brake pedal had been applied before the crash, and video showed the brake lights remained off, the electric car maker said in a statement. Instead, the accelerator was heavily engaged in the lead up to the accident, which killed a motorcyclist and high-school student on a bicycle. Tesla said it will “actively provide any necessary aid” to the local police probe, which may involve a third-party investigator.

Tesla’s display at this week’s Vancouver International Auto Show was removed by event organizers because of safety issues revolving around the Elon Musk-led company.

An auto show spokesperson said in a statement to CNN that Tesla was “removed” following “multiple opportunities to voluntarily withdraw” from the event, adding that the show’s “primary concern is the safety of attendees, exhibitors, and staff.”

Tesla didn’t immediately respond to CNN’s request for comment.

Interestingly, I read recently that Warren Buffet moved all his money into cash last year because he anticipated Trump causing a stock market crash.
