There’s 18 mentions of Britanny there. I checked half a dozen of them. Mostly about the stinking pìss filled sausages they sell over there. No mention of your dog though.,
Poor Mottie resorts to lying in his desperation to support Brexit sh1tshambles:

“but is actually intestine sliced up. My dog loved it! (not to be confused with the American andouille”

“ holidays to Brittany with my dog”

“They certainly weren’t onion rings. thankfully I had my little dog with me…”

So what have you had to wait for that used to be readily available and for how much longer ?
Trade barriers make things more difficult. You can argue the opposite all you like, sticking your head in the sand doesn't make it better.

What things? Have we a shortage of something that we need to know about? Not something that we haven’t noticed and we are suffering without realising it again is it?

My digging team are not here yet as I am on a call out. Wonder if that has anything to do with Brexit

No one mentioned shortages.

Do you think having trade barriers, that didn't exist before, where HGV's have to carry out additional tasks, is better or worse than before?

I am sure the lorry drivers as well as the haulage firms don’t mind it. It will be a case of a bit of extra paperwork. Big deal

They sit waiting for a ferry for hours and then sit on the ferry overnight. The additional checks are irrelevant
